In this workshop, I will share the key principles of living a life that feels ours. Consciously creating a life that we are happy to live and fills us with happiness and contentment. 

Discovering what makes us happy and, most importantly, knowing how to dedicate time to it will help boost your feel-good and energy levels, so that we feel empowered to continue to create and make space to what truly matters to us.

- Priorities: what matters to you and how to prioritise it

- Time management strategies

- Self-care practises

- Stress management techniques
