I combine my learnings in Positive Psychology, Science of Wellbeing, Embodied Transformation and Counselling Skills with practical exercises to help you navigate the challenges of daily living.
Designed to find the inspiration, motivation and resources that will enable you to move forward in the best possible way.

I create safe environments for you to thrive and revive in life, whether it is us meeting in person (if you are local to Rutland area!) or online.

​How many times have you written down your New Year resolutions only to see them fall off the cliff a few weeks later? (if you are like 80% of the population, you would have seen / done this plenty of times...).
You may also be part of the ones that scrolls, mindlessly, on social media. Compares yourself to others: they seem to have their s**t together… Why don’t I? you ask yourself.

Welcome. You’re like most of us. Or shall I say were, because after this workshop, THAT is about to change!
​
You may have heard of the term Vision Board - that board where you capture your goals, dreams and desires by creating an image collage that represents them.
An Action Board is very similar, expect its intention is not just to help you visualise your goals, dreams and desires, but you get you into action to achieve them!
Coined by Dr. Tara Swart (Neuroscientist and coach), an action board is a tool designed to help motivate, inspire and spring you into action so that not only you become aware of what your heart longs for, but to aid you in taking every step to help you get there. ​

What it helps with:
In this workshop we will look at the science behind resolutions and action boards, and why they can be a very powerful tool for change, and most importantly, sustainably so!
You will become aware of what you wish to create in 2026, why you wish to create it and design an action plan to help you get there.

What do I need?:
This workshop will be an interactive session where you will get to create your own Action Board, nothing is needed ahead of it.
​
Based on past workshops, some attendees have liked to bring some magazines they can cut images from, coloured pens, glue, some cardboard / big paper to stick images on... some attendees like to sketch and some attendees like to create a digital board first.
​
Some of you may have had some ideas / thoughts about what you want for 2026 already, and even spotted some images / items that can help you relate to them - these are very much encouraged!

Happiness Habits Course
Did you know I became an Action for Happiness volunteer?
I suppose it was meant to be, when you find an organisation whose cause is to spread more happiness in the world, which happens to be your passion and mission too.... it had to be, right?

So, I'm excited to bring you our first Happiness Habits course!
​
This 6-week course has been developed by Action for Happiness, drawing on the wisdom of experts across many fields to cover the practical habits of living a happier life and spreading happiness to others.

All timings are local time for the course location.
The course is run by us, local volunteers, and is offered on a donation basis—so please feel free to give whatever you can afford. Most people choose the suggested donation, but any amount is welcome, and no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
