I combine my learnings in Positive Psychology, Science of Wellbeing, Embodied Transformation and Counselling Skills with practical exercises to help you navigate the challenges of daily living.
Designed to find the inspiration, motivation and resources that will enable you to move forward in the best possible way.

I create safe environments for you to thrive and revive in life, whether it is us meeting in person (if you are local to Rutland area!) or online.

CREATE YOUR OWN ACTION BOARD!
​
We are, almost, over 2025. The colder months, the tiredness of the year slowly being more noticeable.
For some people, this is about the time when they start thinking about 2026, "calling it a year" already, and thinking "what I have not achieved yet I may think of for 2026".
​
But not you. You are a rebel. You are someone that looks at that calendar and thinks, "so what? There is still time!"
Plenty of opportunities.
​I like you and your thinking.

You are one of us, the ones who see a window of hope and opportunity and swings it open. (Or, at the very least, who is curious about finding out how to create a realistic action plan to help you get closer to where you want to be).

Who said resolutions and goals were only for January?
​
You may have heard of the term Vision Board - that board where you capture your goals, dreams and desires by creating an image collage that represents them.
An Action Board is very similar, except its intention is not just to help you visualise your goals, dreams and desires, but you get you into action to achieve them!
​
Coined by Dr. Tara Swart (Neuroscientist and coach), an action board is a tool designed to help motivate, inspire and spring you into action so that not only you become aware of what your heart longs for, but to aid you in taking every step to help you get there. ​
​
What it helps with:

In this workshop we will look at the science behind accomplishing your goals and action boards, and why they can be a very powerful tool for change, and most importantly, sustainably so!

You will become aware of what you wish to create, why you wish to create it and design an action plan to help you get there.

Plus, of course, create your own action board to take home and motivate you to take inspired action.

Not to mention, you'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded people. A safe space for growth, a relaxed environment and an opportunity to have fun!

What do I need?:
This workshop will be an interactive session where you will get to create your own Action Board, nothing is needed ahead of it.
​
Based on past workshops, some attendees have liked to sketch and some attendees like to create a digital board ahead of coming. ​Some of you may have had some ideas / thoughts about your goals and even spotted some images / items that can help you relate to them - if that's the case, please do bring them along!
